Return Eligibility
1800LVP accepts returns on LifePlank flooring only, subject to the following conditions:
- LifePlank flooring must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in original condition.
- Opened LifePlank flooring is not eligible for return.
- Doors are not eligible for return.
- Vanities are not eligible for return.
- Lifeproof flooring, One-Off Lots & Closeouts, trim and stair treads, and clearance or liquidation items are not eligible for return — these are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and freight costs. Approved LifePlank flooring returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped, or before a special-order product has been ordered from the manufacturer or supplier.
Deposits on special-order products are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@1800lvp.com or 443-261-8089 as soon as possible, and retain the product, packaging, receipt/order information, and photographs while the issue is reviewed.
Warranty
1800LVP only honors the manufacturer’s warranty on products purchased through our store. We do not provide any additional company warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
