However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, display settings, manufacturing variation, and other factors. Customers should verify important product specifications before purchasing.
Pricing & Availability
Product pricing and inventory availability are subject to change. Website pricing, estimates, calculators, and quote tools are intended to assist customers but may not constitute a final binding sales price unless confirmed by 1800LVP. A final quote may reflect product availability, quantity, delivery/freight charges, taxes, and other applicable costs.
Square-Footage Calculator
Flooring calculators available on the website are provided as planning tools. Calculated quantities and waste recommendations are estimates. Actual project requirements may vary based on room dimensions, layout, installation method, pattern, cuts, site conditions, and installer recommendations. Customers and/or their installers are responsible for confirming final material quantities before purchasing.
Quotes & Orders
Submitting a quote request does not obligate the customer to purchase and does not guarantee product availability. A quote becomes a confirmed order once the customer accepts the quote and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped, or before a special-order product has been ordered from the manufacturer or supplier. Deposits on special-order products are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.
Returns
Returns are accepted on flooring only, and are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. Doors, vanities, and clearance/liquidation items are not eligible for return.
Installation
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, product purchases do not include installation. Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability and following applicable manufacturer installation requirements.
Warranty
1800LVP only honors the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide any additional company warranty. See our Warranty page for details.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1800LVP will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use, incorrect measurements, improper installation, product misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer requirements. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
